     Violin is a charming instrument. Its design is beautiful and its tone is wonderful. But buying a violin is always the hard decision. So here is the tips for you before buying a violin.
-Size---> full-size (4/4),and smaller, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/10, 1/16, 1/32 and 1/64-sized.
-Option---> you can buy it from musical instrument store or you can rent it.
-Do a research before buying a violin. Buying from the store is better that buying from the internet because you can hear its sound and try playing it before making a decision.
-Some stores would allow you to try at home 2-3 days before you make a decision.
-Prices can range anywhere from $200-$500+, depending on the quality of the violin.
-Tone quality is very important.You must consider violin's tone carefully before you buy.
-Ask someone who have knowledge about violin before buying.

Types of musical instrument in orchestra

      When you listened to a symphony, you might feel the "grand" of the orchestra's sound.The color of the sound. How composers created it? How could they do that? However, musical instruments are divided into parts that easy to recognize when hearing - strings,woodwind,brass,and percussion.

      Strings are musical instrument that was played by plucked or bowed the strings. Generally, there are violins , violas, cellos , and double basses. Violin is the smallest and Double bass is the largest. Viola is smaller than cello. They are different in colors and the smaller produces higher pitches.

     Woodwind are musical instrument that was played by blowing air into pipe. They usually have reed that help to resonate. They are made of wood but nowaday usually replaced with metal or plastic. Examples are flutes, oboes, clarinets, bassoons.

     Brass are musical instrument that was played by vibrating the player's lip throught the opening. Examples are trumpets, trombones, tuba. There are various kinds of mutes that help produce more colors.

     Percussion such as snare drum, gong, timpani. They produce sound by many ways. Somes have defined pitch such as timpani. They could be used to define rhythm or when in excitement mood.

1.Solid-stated Amp
    -It makes solid sound.
    -cheaper
    -example:Fender FM Series,Peavey TKO Series,Randall RX Series,Orange Crush Series
2.Tube Amp
    -It makes more mellow sound than solid-state amp.
    -more expensive.
    -You will see something like EL34 - 6L6 - KT66 .
    -example:Marshall JCM Series/JVM/Vintage-Modern, ENGL Powerball/Fireball
3.Hybrid Amp
    -Hybrid between 1. and 2.
    -example:Marshall AVT Series
4.Modelling Amp
    -It has digital processor for computing what sound you want.

           there are lower wattage tube amplifier that distort at lower volume, used in studio and stage performance and high wattage tube amplifier that distort at higher volume which require more creative mixing for lived situation.

What is head?---> Head is amplifier without speaker. The speaker that attach inside is called "cabinet" which is connected to a "head".When both were connected together,is called "stack".Same sizes may come with different wattage.100 watt would be appropiated for playing on stage.200-400watt for sadism.

Many musician use rack-mounted amplifier that has 2 categories,power amp and pre-amp. Pre-amp filter the signal and power amp make the signal larger.

Choose the right guitar for your style!!!

   
     Guitar is so popular instrument that many people who begin to play musical instrument choose guitar to their first option. You can take it to everywhere you go and play it to your friend, your girlfriend, concert and so on. That is why guitar is so cool.
      There are many types of guitar depending on the style of each player. You must choose the right guitar that suit your style for getting the best result in playing guitar. 
      Acoustic guitar
            Its body made from thin wood. No amplifying system, they generate sound from the body acoustic.It was often used in country music. It is focused on 3 top string (for struming).
      Electric guitar
            Different from acoustic guitar, they generate sound from amplifying system that made it sound metallic. It posses knob for volume and tone. It need to be looked after correctly and carefully.
      Bass guitar
            It produces deep bass sound and is easy to play. It includes option like fretless or perhaps fretted. It is generally prefered everywhere.
      Classical guitar 
           Its strings are made from nylon material. Generally, it has very wide neck and flat fingerboard. It is focused on 3 lower string (for plucking).
